Deputy CEO
A senior executive with over 20 years of experience in credit management and distressed assets, spanning debt management, strategy, performance management, and business development across financial services, consumer finance, and asset management in Thailand and the region. Pimmada is experienced in building and scaling businesses from the ground up, P&L management, risk and regulatory oversight, and end-to-end M&A. Pimmada Previously served as CEO and Managing Director, with a proven track record of leading large teams and driving business growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement.
Paweena Wannakit
Senior Finance & Accounting Manager
A finance and accounting professional with over 25 years of experience in financial management, business analysis, and strategic planning. Paweena joined PAMC in 2022 and progressed through roles including Personal Assistant to the CEO, Head of Analysis, and Senior Manager – Analysis before becoming Senior Financial & Accounting Manager. Pawenna brings extensive experience in financial performance management, governance and internal controls, and data-driven decision support.
Pranicha Veerapanyakulthavee
Senior MIS & Strategy Manager
A strategy and data analytics professional with extensive experience across credit and asset management, with expertise in collection strategy, portfolio analytics, customer and portfolio segmentation, and performance analysis. Pranicha has led key initiatives in loan portfolio transactions, system transformation, and management reporting and dashboard development to support business decision-making. Pranicha brings strong cross-functional experience across Risk, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to develop strategies and improve operational performance.
Wirinphat Thanisarakul
Quality Assurance Manager
A management professional with over fourteen years of experience across quality assurance, data analysis, project management, and process improvement. Wirinphat is currently serving as QA Manager at PAMC, with previous experience in analysis and project management roles, as well as in the securities industry as an Introducing Broker Agent (IBA). Wirinphat brings strong analytical and process management capabilities, with experience coordinating across functions to strengthen operational quality and execution.

Execution Manager
An execution and asset management professional with over eighteen years of experience across legal execution, debt management, and distressed asset portfolios. Paisal has extensive experience in legal execution for hire-purchase and secured debt portfolios. As Execution Manager at PAMC, he oversees execution strategy and operations, including asset investigation, seizure, and garnishment, supporting effective debt resolution and asset recovery.

HR & GA Manager
An experienced HR and administration professional with expertise across HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and organisational administration. Naowarat is experienced in developing and improving HR processes, supporting management on people-related matters, and coordinating across functions. Naowarat brings a structured and detail-oriented approach with a strong focus on process improvement, confidentiality, and effective people practices.

Legal Administration Manager
A document and process management professional with over ten years of experience in document systems, workflow design, and process improvement. Penpichaya is experienced in leading and coordinating multiple projects, including project tracking, budget control, and workflow planning to support effective and timely execution. Penpichaya brings strong organisational and coordination capabilities, with a focus on establishing structured processes and supporting the successful delivery of organisational objectives.
