Pinnacle Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“PAMC”) is an asset management company established to manage complex and non-performing assets through systematic processes, specialised expertise, and sound judgment in decision-making.
We combine our capabilities in asset portfolio management, restructuring, negotiation, and legal proceedings to determine an appropriate approach and work towards an efficient problem resolution.
We believe that complex assets require more than one approach to problem resolution. Efficient asset management therefore requires a clear understanding of the situation and relevant factors, careful judgment, and systematic operations.

PAMC was established in 2021 with the determination to build a professional and systematic asset management platform to support the management of challenging non-performing assets in Thailand.
Since our establishment, we have continuously strengthened our capabilities, developed the organisation, and built a solid foundation for sustainable growth in an asset management environment that continues to evolve.

Laying the Foundation

PAMC Established

Pinnacle Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established to develop an organisation with specialised expertise, focusing on the management and restoration of non-performing assets.
2022
Beginning Operations

Commenced Operations in Chiang Mai

PAMC commenced operations in the Chiang Mai Province and began acquiring non-performing loan portfolios, marking the starting point of full-scale asset management operations.

Expanding Operations

Commenced Operations in Bangkok

PAMC expanded operations to Bangkok Province to strengthen operations and expand the scope of our services nationwide.

Expanded Investment in Asset Portfolios

Assets under management of PAMC increased to more than THB 2,000 million, reflecting the expansion in scale and strength of the asset management business.

Strengthening the Organisation

Consolidated Offices

PAMC relocated its office to the Hylife corporate office building, consolidating operations within the same building as Hylife Group to strengthen collaboration within the Group.
